HPC Systems Specialist
- National & Research Infrastructures: Actively involved in building and operating national research platforms and initiatives, including e-INFRA CZ Cloud, NRP (National Repository Platform), and CZAI.
- Cloud & Containerization: Provisioning and managing projects within private cloud infrastructure (OpenStack, Kubernetes, Ceph). Modernizing web hosting by migrating legacy websites into isolated containers for enhanced security and reliability.
- Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Documentation: Administering the Wazuh SIEM platform for security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response. Maintaining NetBox as the central Source of Truth (IPAM/DCIM) for network and server infrastructure.
- Software Distribution & Systems Administration: Deployed and maintaining the CERN CVMFS file system service. Managing virtualized server environments, internal PKI/Certificate Authorities, and enterprise LAN/WAN networks.

Camera-Based Parking Spot Detection
A computer vision project that monitors parking spot occupancy via camera feeds, sends real-time availability alerts, and compiles usage statistics.
Smart Round Display Dashboard
A custom hardware display (inspired by Chiptron's project) combining a live weather radar and flight radar. Extended with an integrated Spotify interface that uses the Spotify API to control a speaker connected via Raspotify (track skipping, volume control, playlist switching, and album art display), alongside a synchronized Outlook & Google Calendar agenda view for upcoming meetings and events.
Network Quality & Outage Monitor
A custom web dashboard and Python/MTR toolset for continuous network monitoring, tracking DNS response times, packet loss, and latency spikes with automated visual reporting.
Automated Fuel Price Tracker Bot
A containerized Python service running on a Raspberry Pi that monitors local fuel station prices and dispatches automated Discord notifications whenever price changes occur.
Local AI & Machine Learning
Self-hosting and experimenting with local Large Language Models (LLMs) and image generation pipelines, focusing on prompt engineering and VRAM optimization.

Academic Theses
Master’s Thesis (Ing.), 2023
Testing a New Type of Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) Sensor and a Conventional Oxygen Mask for Biomedical Applications. Measured respiratory rates using an optical sensor across 15 volunteers, processed data via custom MATLAB scripts, and evaluated results against a pneumatic belt using the Bland-Altman method, achieving over 95% agreement.
